Champagne Cocktail Guide

Happy Friday!  First of all, thank you for the kind words yesterday.  I can't begin to tell you how much I appreciate it.  (A little dose of honesty: I had already had this post scheduled (yes, I actually do that sometimes when I know it's going to be busy) and I thought - is this really appropriate because I'm really not much in the celebrating mood.  I might not be, but I'm sure some of my readers are.  So here goes and I hope you enjoy!)

With it being Friday, the start of the weekend and it being Easter weekend, I thought this would be oh-so appropriate to gear everyone up.

I've always wondered how to make all these lovely cocktails and this Champagne Cocktail Guide is here to help you.  Hmmmmm....wondering which is my favorite?  I'm thinking maybe the Kir Royale.  How about you?
