Sunday Coffee Sippin'
Sunday, February 26, 2012
Happy Sunday everyone. So far it's been a great weekend. We changed the little misters room into a tween room. Gone is the sweet loft bed and the primary buckets of toys and in came the queen bed up against the corner and the cool orange west elm martini side table. His room is still a work in progress, but we are definitely on the road to change. Thank goodness he still wants his huge tiger that the mister got him when he wasn't quite a year old. I think when that goes away - it's going to be a sad day because we're going to have to come to the realization that our little boy isn't quite so little anymore.
Today I'm going to be taking Zumba with a friend and though it will be a great workout, it's also going to be filled with a ton of laughter. I just don't have those latin moves. We have a big event tomorrow, so I'll be finishing up some last minute details before I head to the city tonight.
On to Sunday Coffee Sippin'...
I have a new favorite travel magazine that I discovered from Camille Styles. I can't stop looking at the images.
I always wanted to try and make a stop motion video and now there's an app for that and it seems pretty easy.
In the spirit of keeping it real:: When you read a blog, you envision what that bloggers life must be like. They are so creative, they have lots of contributors...you think their life is perfect. Did you know that it takes 10,000 hours of practice to be successful at a given task, or that sometimes, they stuggle too, or that sometimes you need a reminder that you don't have to do what everyone else is doing.
These stir sticks are so fun - I have to make them for my summer party.
I love travelling vicariously through Jordan of Oh, Happy Day. She just went to Copenhagen and her shots are fab.
If I was having an oscar party, it would look like this.
My office in need of a little re-do. I need to pick up this book for a little extra assistance, and there is always Pinterest.
How to make a super easy party table in 10 minutes!
I must make lasagna cupcakes.
